Welcome to Fannrem – Orkland’s second largest town, located around five kilometers south of the small town of Orkanger.
Fannrem is perhaps best known as the home of the coaching legend himself, Nils Arne Eggen, who is of course marked with his own go’fot statue in the town centre.
Fannrem otherwise consists of several housing estates, shops and service businesses. In the center you will find both a school and a kindergarten, within walking distance of most everything. Grøtte School won the award as Trøndelag’s best MOT municipality in 2022 – of course we are very proud of that!
