A colorful parade, live music and great speeches in Orkland’s very first Pride event in 2022.
The organizer behind Orkland Pride could happily ascertain that the people of Orkland are very much supportive of building an even more inclusive and tolerant community.
The event, placed in the city centre of Orkanger in august of 2022, was a huge hit. Both businesses and local teams and organizations took part in the parade through Orkanger.
It is estimated that around 500 people in total walked in the Pride parade. Even more people were gathered in the city centre to celebrate the historic event!
Besides the parade, Orkland Pride had some great speeches and even live music.
Orkland Pride 2023 is already under planning, and we can’t wait!
